Stanley A Wroblewski, 94, passed away on July 31, 2007, at 6:15 am in the Countryside Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Mishawaka.
Stanley was born on June 8, 1913, in New Carlisle, to the late Frank and Bertha Wroblewski.
70 years ago to the day of Stanley's death, July 31, 1937, he married Genevieve (Lubelski) in South Bend, who preceded him in death on August 4, 1999.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Alex and Steve.
He is survived by his son, Jerry (Mary) Wroblewski of South Bend; four grandchildren, Steve (Megan) Wroblewski of South Bend, Lisa (William) Andrews of Bremen, Connie (Chad) Gentry of South Bend and Chris (Jeffrey) Ort of South Bend; and seven great-grandchildren.
Stanley retired from RACO in 1978.
Visitation will be from 3-7 pm today, Aug 1, in St Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S Mayflower Road, South Bend, where a Rosary will be prayed at 4 pm A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Thursday, Aug 2, in St Adalbert Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St Joseph Cemetery, South Bend.
