BERNAUER, PAUL F., 55, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2006 at Baptist Hospital East after a brief, but courageous, battle against cancer. He was a graduate of Flaget High School, an employee of Louisville Gas and Electric, the drummer for The Tymes Band and an avid fisherman. Paul was an exceptionally loving husband, father, son, brother and friend, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Dolores Bernauer. His funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, 2931 Pindell Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-9 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
