Richard Mario Joseph Frances Greco, on October 14, 2016, of Marlton. Age 84.

Beloved husband of Gloria Pagliaro and the late Joann. Devoted father of Michele Lalumondier (Steve), Monica Agee (Dale), and Richard J. and stepfather of Brian Riggs. Loving grandfather of Jeremy, Alec, and Richard.

Richard was born to immigrant parents, Joseph and Carmela (nee Piedimonte) Greco. His father’s love for opera created a musical family. His father appeared in the chorus of numerous professional operas and as children the Greco family attended Sunday performances. Richard’s oldest brother, the late Ugo “Al” Greco, was a local musician and music teacher. His brother Armando “Buddy” Greco (retired) was a pianist, a singer, and a world-renowned entertainer. Richard maintained a love for music, especially for jazz.

After high school, he worked at the PA Railroad. He was later drafted into the US Army from 1952 – 1954, receiving the rank of Sergeant. His greatest accomplishment was raising a family while attending Drexel University’s Evening College. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Richard gave credit to his late wife Joann for his success. Richard was President of BGR Associates with his partners, Gerry Rothstein and Jim Borkowski. He enjoyed 27 years in the electronic sales industry.

There will be a visitation from 9:45 am to 11:15 am Friday morning at St. Joan of Arc Church, 100 Willow Bend Road, Marlton, NJ. Memorial Mass 11:30 am at the Church. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard’s memory to the St. Joan of Arc School, Music Department, 101 Evans Rd, Marlton, NJ 08053.
