Mother of Sally Schusterman Kaplon, Doris Lee Schusterman Borenstein, and Arnold Schusterman.
Daughter of the late Dora Bluth and Louis P. "Lippe" Birnbaum.
Sister of Mary "Mamie" Birnbaum Salis, George Burns, Samuel Birnbaum, and the late William Burns, Theresa Birnbaum Kalender, Morris Birnbaum, Annie Birnbaum, Isidor Birnbaum, Esther Birnbaum, Sarah Birnbaum Weiss, and Sophie "Sadie" Birnbaum.
Also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Goldie was born in New York City and moved to San Diego in 1939 with her husband and children. She was active in Jewish organizations and belonged to Beth Jacob Congregation.
Interment took place on 25 September 1975 in Home of Peace Cemetery, San Diego, California. Merkley-Mitchell Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
