Laborer at Salisbury Fatally Hurt In Fall
Salisbury, Md., Oct. 22 -- (Special) -- George H. Truit, 69-year-old laborer, died in Peninsula General Hospital Saturday from injuries suffered in a fall.
Truitt tumbled down outside the Mayflower Grill on Main Street Friday evening. His death came about eight hours later from a head injury. The cause of the fall could not be determined.
Formerly of Parsonburg, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Williams and Mrs. Katherine Wright, Wilmington. Also a sister, Mrs. Bennie Perdue, in Parsonburg.
