He completed his higher education at Iowa Western Community College, Council Bluffs, having graduated as a certified Welder in 1977.
Chris made his home in Omaha and began his welding career with Ace Welding and most recently worked for Pre-Wed Manufacturing in Omaha. Chris loved welding, his job and co-workers. He had his own portable welder, welding for friends in his spare time.
He recently purchased his first home in which he was very proud of, along with his yard and garden. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Chris was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Red Oak.
