Mrs. May Stovall
Mrs. Mary May Stovall, 88, 1211 N. Monroe, died Saturday in a Topeka nursing home.
She was born May 2, 1886, at Potter in Atchison County and lived in Topeka many years. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Her husband, Roy E. Stovall, died April 1, 1968. A son, Orval Stovall, died Dec. 7, 1947.
Survivors include two sons, Roy M. Stovall, 2616 Ohio, and Lester M. Stovall, 914 N. Monroe; a daughter, Mrs. Viola Frye, Oklahoma City, Okla.; two brothers, Earl V. Potter, 4022 N. Kansas, and Jim Potter, Potter; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Wheeler, Capistrano Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Nellie Wilson, Claremore, Okla.; 11 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Parker Mortuary. Burial will be in Topeka Cemetery.
