Starkville - Dennis Weaver Farrar went to be with his Lord Jesus on January 27, 2016. He was born on February 14, 1960 to Murphy and Lois Farrar in Tupelo and they have loving arms waiting for Dennis along with his grandparents, loving aunt, Evon Richey and uncles, James and Charles Farrar, Paul Clayton and Bobbie Wayne Richey. Dennis was a resident of Rolling Hills Development Center, Starkville, MS. He enjoyed shooting basketball and watching Mississippi State football and the Dallas Cowboys.

Visitation will be 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues, 535 W. Jefferson Street, Tupelo, MS 38804 with Rev. Andy Dozier and a family eulogy by his nephew, Curt Frensley with a graveside service to follow at Springhill Cemetery.

Dennis is survived by his sister, Lazette Farrar Puckett; three nephews, Curt Frensley, Grayson Puckett (Ashley) and Rhettford Puckett (LeighAnne); three great-nephews and one great-niece.

Pallbearers will be Curt Frensley, Noah Frensley, Rhettford Puckett, Grayson Puckett, Tommy Farrar, Tim Farrar and Ronnie Richey.

Honorary pallbearer will be Derrick Clay, Social Director at Rolling Hills Development Center.

Dennis was loved deeply by his family and friends. He is with Jesus now and has no more suffering or pain.
