Todd Fraser Rankin, age 61, 534 Tumbling Creek Road, Erwin, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of New York and had lived in Erwin for the past twenty years. Mr. Rankin was involved in real estate. He was a Christian. Mr. Rankin was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Rankin and his mother Elizabeth Deland.
He is survived by his companion for life, Brenda K. Newell of the home and a brother, Gardner Rankin of New York.
