Geraldine May "Gerry" Korker

Mrs. Geraldine "Gerry" May Korker, 86, of Fellsmere, Florida passed away Friday, July 24, 2015, at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach. Gerry was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and moved to Fellsmere in 1991 from Ridgefield, Connecticut.
Along with her husband Korky, Gerry owned The Ridgefield PhotoShop and Studio before retiring. She graduated from New Milford High School in Connecticut before going to secretarial school. She enjoyed many different styles of arts and crafts including sewing and needlepoint and volunteered with many historical groups and the US Navy Armed Guards.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 65 years, Clarence "Korky" F. Korker of Fellsmere; son, Paul Korker of Poughkeepsie, New York and several cousins

The family will receive friends 1 - 1:30 PM, Saturday, August 1, 2015, at the Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian. A funeral service celebrating her life will begin at 1:30 at the funeral home with Chaplain Richard Flick, officiating. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Fellsmere.
