Richard Philip Rendoff, 92, of Loveland, passed away November 27, 2014 at a local nursing home. He was born on November 12, 1922 in Toledo, Ohio to Philip Simon Rendoff and Gladys I. Noblit Rendoff. Richard married Eileen Mae Wade on July 19, 1947 in Grelton, Ohio. She preceded him in death on June 24, 2010. Richard served in the U.S. Army in Battery B, 379th Anti-aircraft Artillery (and the Automatic Weapons Battalion. He was a member of the VFW, who honored those who fought, died and defended our country against all enemies, foreign and domestic. His hobbies included: motorcycles, driving through the mountains, camping with their RV and serving others wherever that might be. Richard is survived by sons, Guy Rendoff and wife Nancy of Wichita, KS, Ray Rendoff and wife Patty of Denver; twin daughters, Cindy Meggs and husband Ron of Loveland, Brenda Warren and husband Kevin of Loveland. Eight grandchildren: Aaron Rendoff, Rebecca Mangel and husband Ron, Phillip Rendoff and wife Jennifer, Andrew Rendoff and wife Holly, Carla Guthridge and husband Andrew, Bret Meggs and wife Ashley, Tiffany Drennan and husband Grant and Bryana Kirchner and husband Zach. Seven great grandchildren: Audrie Mangel, Addyson Rendoff, Brayden Rendoff, Hunter Fasnacht, Tyler Fasnacht, Deklan Guthridge and Myra Guthridge. Sister, Victoria Lopp and husband John of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brother-in-law, Marvin Wade and wife Phyllis of Perrysburg, Ohio; Sister-in-law, MaryAlice Helberg and husband Roger of Napoleon, Ohio; Sister-in-law, MaryAnn Wade of Phoenix, Arizona; Brother-in-law, Delmer Beck of Archebold, Ohio; Brother-in-law, Kenneth Gerdes of McClure, Ohio. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen of almost 63 years. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Chapel.
