"LATHAM - Mrs. Helen A. Cesare, 75, of Latham, died Monday at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy. Born and educated in Troy, Mrs. Cesare lived in Latham for the past 46 years. She was a seamstress for the Marshall Ray Co. in Troy for more than 25 years, retiring in 1978. Mrs. Cesare was a communicant of St. Ambrose Church. Her husband, Alfred M. Cesare, died in 1985. Survivors include a son, Michael A. Cesare of Cohoes; three brothers, Peter Dolan of Clifton Park and Michael and William Dolny, both of Troy; two sisters, Catherine Darkowski of Niskayuna and Julia Dolny of Albany; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. The services will be held at 8:15 a.m. Friday at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, and at 9 a.m. a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Ambrose Church.
