My great-uncle, Arthur Langton Featherbay, and his sister, Mae Featherbay Lamb, were the children of LeRoy Arthur Featherbay, by his third marriage to Lillian Langton. They were the half-siblings of my paternal grandmother, Margaret Elizabeth Featherbay Harvey.
Their brother James Leroy Featherbay, was born May 22, 1913 and died June 1, 1913.
He married Winifred Mabbett on November 26, 1936. She was born May 3, 1917 and died February 23, 1989.
The children of Arthur Featherbay and Winifred Mabbett are: (1) Judith (Judy) Lee Featherbay Yerkie, born September 13, 1938; (2) James Leslie Featherbay, born April 07, 1940; died June 19, 1997; (3) Joanna Mae Featherbay Dowsland, born November 23, 1941; (4) Lee Arthur Featherbay, born May 15, 1943; died June 5, 1980; (5) Donna Gail Featherbay Durham, born September 29, 1944; and (6) Mary Elizabeth Featherbay Thrasher, born August 16, 1948.
Uncle Art died at the Masonic Home in Utica, NY.
