71, of near Delmar, died Wednes-
day in Peninsula General Hospital ,
Medica1 Center in Salisbury of
cardio-pulmonary arrest. Her hus-
band, Leslie J. Barrall, died in
May, 1987.
Born in Laurel, she was a
daughter of the late Samuel and
Lulu Wimbrow Carmean.
Surviving are two daughters,
Bonnie Littleton, Delmar, and
Joan B. Baker, Salisbury; two
stepchildren, - Betty Hardesty,
Delmar, and William Barrall,
Laurel; a sister, Carrie Littleton,
Seaford; four brothers, James
Carmean, Layton Carmean, Dale
Carmean and William Carmean
Laurel' several grandchildren and -
stepgrandcbildren; several great-
grandchildren and stepgreat-
grandchildren and nieces and
nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1- p.m. Friday in the Short Funeral -
Home in Delmar with the Rev.
Glenn Grumbling officiating. In-
terment will be in St. Stephen's
Cemetery here.
