ALICE HARBISON
Alice Josephine Harbison, 48, of 1417 Lowell St., Rock Springs, was found dead at her home Monday afternoon about 4:30 by Mrs. Thomas McMartin, a friend.
She had suffered a heart condition a number of years. Mrs. McMartin was checking on her friend when she found her dead. According to Sweetwater County Coroner Peter R. Vase, Mrs. Harbison’s death was attributed to natural causes.
She had been dead since early Sunday morning.
Mrs. Harbison was born March 5, 1921, in Princeton, Ind., the daughter of the late Frank and Mary E. Coker. She had been a resident of Rock Springs the past two years, having resided formerly in Casper.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth, who was working out of town when her death occurred; one daughter, Sharon Brandebourg, who is attending school in Salt Lake City; four brothers, Richard Coker of Los Angeles; Ronnie Coker of Princeton, and Welzey and Lawrence Coker, both of Uniontown, Ky.; one sister, Mrs. Frances Davis, Mt. Carmel, Ill., and several nieces and nephews.
The body was sent to Mt. Carmel, Ill., for services and interment.
