William was the son of Andrew Jackson McCollough and Mary Reeves McCollough. He was a long time resident of the Dry Fork Community. Survivors are his wife, Lela Johnson McCollough, three sons, Glenn McCollough of Kingston, F. J. McCollough of Dry Fork, and Claude C McCollough of Jonesboro, Ark. One brother Jim McCollough of Salina, Okla. and Five Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Andrew "Bee" McCollough, two sisters, Josie Maxwell and Julia Douglass.
Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Cecil Garrison of Springdale.
