Survivors, husband, Darrell Jewell; children and spouses, Brandi and Mark Kirkland of Madisonville and Lindsey and Kris Ford of Maryville, and Kellsie Counts and Sara Hardon of Indiana. 5 grandchildren: Brayden,Brittley,Kinsley,Elijah and Adonai, mother, Joyce Fowler Akins of Loudon, sister, Linda Coleman of Loudon, brothers, David and Diane Akins of Paint Rock, Kenneth Akins of Knoxville, Scotty and Brenda Akins of Philadelphia, Gerald Akins of Loudon.
