EASTON, PA, August 9
Valentine P. Hattemer, a partner in Easton Industrial Dismantling and Salvage Company, died yesterday while at work. His age was 60.

Mr. Hattemer formerly was president of the American Lens Company, in New York and the Vulcan Silk Company, in Alpha, New Jersey. He graduated from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania in 1919. He leaves his wife, Virginia; two sons, Robert and Valentine Jr,; his mother; Mrs. Johanna Hattemer, and a brother, Norman.
