Kimberly Louise "Sis" Moody-Para, 52, passed away Saturday evening, Jan. 18, 2014, in a local hospital.

She was born in Butte Aug. 12, 1961, to Kenneth L. and Cheryl E. (Champeau) Moody and attended schools in Idaho Falls, Idaho, graduating from Bonneville High School in 1979.

Sis married Mike Hulse in Idaho in 1979, and they later divorced. She then married Gene Para in Las Vegas in 1986, and together they had one son, but later divorced. She then married Dan Kipp in Butte in 1997 and they, too, divorced, but all three husbands remained friends with Sis and were always a part of her life.

While living in Idaho Falls, Sis earned her real estate license and worked as a real estate agent. She moved to California where she raced dragsters and finally returned to Butte in 1991, but traveled to California every year to maintain relationships with her many friends there. Sis worked at Mining City Bingo on Dewey Boulevard for several years and will be remembered for her great sense of humor, snappy wit and contagious laughter.

Sis was preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl on March 9, 2011.

Survivors include her son, Adam Para of Butte; her father, Kenneth L. Moody of Butte; sisters and brothers-in-law, Melody and Kurt Walters of Idaho Falls and Michelle and David Garcia of Butte; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Carol Moody of Yucaipa, Calif.; nieces and nephews, Michelle and Chris Kopcho of Illinois, Brandon and Tera Moody of Idaho Falls, Nathan and Danette Walters of Idaho Falls, Brande and Adrian Smith of California, Brett and Sara Billups of California, Kari Moody and Stephen Moody, both of California, and Jeremy Moody, Rikki Garcia and Marcus Garcia, all of Butte.

Cremation has taken place.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home with Father Patrick Beretta officiating.

Entombment of ashes will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a fund for Adam's medical expenses at Zion Bank, 1235 S. Utah Ave., Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402.
