Norma J. Stahler Fox, 80, of Wapakoneta, passed away 8:45 p.m., Fri. Dec. 27, 2013, at Auglaize Acres. She was born March 18, 1933, in Maplewood, OH, the daughter of the late Donald & Ruth (Lentz) Stahler. On Oct. 26, 1951, she married Roy V. Fox in Auglaize Co., and he died March 23, 1994.
Survivors include a daughter, Debra Brenneman, Wapakoneta; a step-son, Dennis (Rose) Fox, Delphos, OH; 2 grandchildren, Jaclyn Knutzen & Matthew Knutzen, both of Wapakoneta; 2 step-grandchildren, Julia Nelson, Lake Lure, NC; Glory Fox & Jessie Abner, Delphos, OH; 6 step-great grandchildren & 1 step-great great granddaughter; a sister, Vivian JoAnn Cunningham, Wapakoneta; a brother, Donald (Cheryl) Stahler, Wapakoneta, several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Stahler.
A 1951 graduate of Blume High School, Norma was a member of the Rousculp Church of Christ. She had worked at The Hub Room, Fishers Cheese, Dodge City, and R.J. Coffee Cup, all of Wapakoneta. She loved her dog and 2 cats. Her hobbies included traveling, genealogy & painting ceramics.
Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m., Mon. Dec. 30, 2013, at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta, Bob Butler officiating. Burial is to follow in the Glen Cemetery, Port Jefferson, OH.
