A PATRIOT in the American Revolution (DAR Ancestor A045640) Sgt. Daniel Goodridge, Sr. served in Captain Abel Wilder's MINUTEMAN Co., under Colonel Ephraim Doolittle.
On 1JUL1766, Daniel (FamilySearch LZBP-954) married Hannah Low in Lunenburg, Worchester, Mass. Bay Colony, British Columbia. They had nine children: Benjamin (b.5AUG1767); Daniel (b.24AUG1769, died 14JUN1843 in Moravia, Cayuga Co., NY); Elijah (b.16NOV1771, died in 1778); Sarah (b.13MAR1774, d.1845); Polley (b.5AUG1776, died 5AUG1778); Mary Whitney (b. 20MAR1779, d. 1855); Hannah (b.12APR1781, married James Mcafee, then George Wilson); Jonathan (b.2MAR1785); and Lowel [b.2FEB1790, had 2 children with wife Rachael: Hannah (b.14DEC1818) and Benjamin, (b.8OCT1821)].
