1874 married to Johann Heuduck
1875-1889 comnon law mistress to Emperor Franz Josef I
married to Franz Nahowski
After the Mayerling tragedy of his son Crown Prince Rudolf at the beginning of 1889, the Emperor stopped looking for Anna and ended the relationship generously but impersonally. Anna was summoned to the Hofburg , where a baron she did not know was supposed to present her with a gift from the emperor.
She was informed that she could determine the amount of the severance pay "for the 14 years in the emperor's service." She demanded the same amount that she had already received and also 50,000 guilders for her children. In return she had to sign the following statement:
"I hereby confirm that today I have received 200,000 fl as a gift from His Majesty the Emperor. Furthermore, I swear that I will remain silent at all times about the meeting with His Majesty. Anna Nahowski, Vienna, March 14, 1889.
