A funeral Mass will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church on the corner of Johnson Street and Skeet Club Road by Father Joseph Zuschmidt O.S.F.S. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park Cemeter y. Visitation with the family will be in the Gathering Area of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church one hour prior to the ser vice.

She was born on May 15, 1925, in High Point, N.C., a daughter of William Hughes and Melva Thomas Price. She was the granddaughter of Perley A. and Margaret Milne Thomas.
Mrs. Webb graduated from Marywood College in Scranton, PA, and taught elementary school for many years in Fair fax, VA, where she was active in the Fairfax and National Education Associations. She had been a member of the High Point Needlecrafters Guild, the High Point Museum and an advisory board member of Mary-field Nursing Home. She enjoyed spending time at Holden Beach, N.C., where she had a home for many years.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband William E. Tiley, her husband Wesley O.Webb, her sisters Margaret Farrell, Dorothy Webb, Anne Price, and her brother Bill Price.
