Mrs. Georgina M. Johnson 89, of 10 Edgewater Road, Falmouth,
widow of Harry T. Johnson, died Thursday in a local nursing home
after a long illness.
She was born in Portland, May 26, 1875 [sic.], daughter of Holman
and Alice Hart Melcher, and attended Portland schools.
Mrs. Johnson was a life member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Her husband died in 1960.
She is survived by a son; Theodore S. Johnson, Falmouth.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at 749 Congress St.
The Reverend Edward Nelson will officiate. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
