A message had been received here by friends announcing the death of Mrs. Craig, a former resident of this city, which occurred several days ago at her home in Charleston. Deceased was the mother of Mrs. S. E. Seig and Miss Ella Craig and the family resided here a few years ago. Miss Craig was a member of the public school faculty and the family was well known here. Mrs. Craig was a woman of marked personality and her death will be learned with regret by many Fairmont people.

Ronceverte, Jan 21 - Mrs. Sarah Craig, widow of Geo. Craig, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. T. B. Craig, in Charleston, on the 13th inst, aged 89 years. She was a native of Lewisburg where she lived for many years, was a daughter of Mitchell and Fannie Bright and a cousin of the late Mrs. Sallie Patton. Mrs. Craig leaves three children to survive her - Mrs. Seig, Miss Ella Craig and Mr. E M Craig, all of Charleston. She had suffered from paralysis for some years.
