Pallbearers were Don Scott, Willis Scott, Jack Cone, Ben Mammenga, John Rezek and Arnold Knecht. She was laid to rest in the Rosehill Cemetery.
Eleanor F. Drost, 73, daughter of Bruno and Tena (Flink) Johnson, was born January 6, 1912 at Parker and died Monday, April 15, 1955, at McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.
She married Bert Drost on February 25, 1932, in Parker. They farmed near Parker many years before retiring in 1976 and moving into Parker.
Her survivors include her husband, Bert, of Parker; a brother, Jack Johnson, of Parker; and several cousins.
Preceding her in death were her parents and two brothers, Reiner and Elmer (Dick).
