Mr. Malcolm Drinkard 78, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, June 28, 2013 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 4:00PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Parkers Crossroads Cemetery. Bro. Bud Ricketts will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Oak Wood room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday, after 6:00PM and on Sunday from 9:00AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Terry Green Jr., John Drinkard, Johnny Drinkard Jr., Jacob Drinkard, Alex Scott, and Josh Drinkard.

Mr. Drinkard was born August 23, 1934 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late Clarence Drinkard and Delia (Anderson) Drinkard. He served in the U.S. Marines, was the owner of West End Service Station and a member of the First Pentecostal Church in Huntingdon. He was also preceded in death by a son Jerry Drinkard, one brother, Bob Drinkard, two granddaughters, Jeci Drinkard and Layce Williams, a great granddaughter, Briley Drinkard and a daughter-in-law Charlotte Dinkard.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Pauline Drinkard, two daughters, Karen Williams (Greg) and Paula Green both of Huntingdon, Johnny and Wayne Drinkard both of Bruceton, and Henry Drinkard (Deanna) of Huntingdon. He also leaves twelve grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
