Esther J. (Moeller) Schulte was born on August 12, 1933, in Sac City, Iowa, the daughter of Andrew and Helen (Firth) Moeller. She grew up in Sac City, receiving her education in the Sac City system.
She was employed in the Ben Franklin store until her marriage to Bill Schulte on August 19, 1954. They then moved to Storm Lake to be nearer to work. Esther worked at various locations including Bradley's, Ken-A-Bob, Lakeshore Café and Hy-Vee. She served as a personal shopper at Hy-Vee for several years, later doing demos at the store. Esther was also a hospice volunteer.
Esther was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister; and two brothers; as well as, parents-in-law and brothers- and sisters-in-law.
She is survived by a brother, Jim Moeller of Omro, Wisconsin; two sisters-in-law, Mary Siedl of Grantsburg, Wisconsin and Lola Huelman of Schaller, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
