Mrs. Carol Jean Speed, 23, of 2012 Ming, was found dead in a bathtub at her home shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday.
Tarrant County Medical Examiner Dr. Feliks Gwozdz ruled the death accidental drowning.
He said the woman apparently slipped and struck her head on the side of the bathtub.
