Funeral Services Held Tuesday for Mrs. Jordan
Many friends and relatives attended the funeral services held Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Betty Jordan, wife of the late J. E. Jordan in the Robertson and Seydler Chapel at 3 o'clock, Oct. 11th, with Rev. K. C. Minter officiating.
Mrs. Jordan passed away at 2:0 Monday afternoon at her residence here.
She was born June 11, 1861 and had been a member of the Methodist church all of her life.
Mrs. Jordan is survived by two children, Mrs. Elnora Frazer and H. W. Jordan of San Antonio, ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Mrs. Betty Jordan was born June 11, 1861 in Guadalupe county and died at her residence at 2:10 p.m. October 10th at the age of 77.
Mrs. Jordan was a devoted Christian and has been a member of the Methodist church since early childhood. She was also a member of the Woodman circle.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 11, in the Robertson and Seydler Chapel at 3 o'clock with Rev. K. C. Minter, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiating.
Many beautiful flowers banked her last resting place which was an expression of love and admiration from those who knew her.
Mrs. Jordan is survived by two children, Mrs. Elnora Frazor and H. W. Jordan of San Antonio, ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Her husband, J. E. Jordan, preceded her in death.
