Mr. Boughton formerly resided in Edna, Texas. He was a civil engineer, having worked in Africa, South America, the Middle East and on the Alaskan pipeline. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II, an Episcopalian, a 32nd Degree Mason and a Shriner.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Norbert. Survivors included his wife, Fae Lorene; three daughters, Ann, Cris Babjak and Jane Mason; a son, Joseph; and four grandchildren.
