Alice E. Wills, 96, formerly of Washington passed away at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at her home in Winter Haven, FL.

She was born on July 6, 1921, in Lexington, IL the daughter of Joel and Mona Ashley Duncan. She married Richard D. Wills on June 19, 1942. He passed away on November 12, 1993 in Washington. Also preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers Preston Duncan and Alvey Duncan; five sisters Georgia Powell, Ida Floyd, Josephine “Jo” Duncan, Ruby Shaffer and Sarah Duncan.

Surviving are two daughters Shirley (Mike) Caldwell of Washington and Beverly (Bill) Whirl of Winter Haven, FL. Also surviving are one grandson Brad (Tracy) Zipprich of Bloomington, IL, one granddaughter Victoria (Joshua) Cooksey of Fort Townsend, WA and two great granddaughters Mirissa Taylor and Rachel Zipprich.

She was longtime member of Faith Lutheran Church in Washington.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will be one hour prior to her service. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
