Wife of the late Melvin Parker, beloved mother of Melvin Parker (Natalie), Jr., Sylvia Parker, Lewis Parker III (Robin), Marian Parker, Cynthia Parker (Danielle Dupree) and the late Deborah Parker, sister of Margaret Wilson, Lawrence Young, Dietra Carter (Ralph) and the late William Williams. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren, daughter-in-law, Shirley Parker and a host of other relatives and friends. On Monday, July 3, 2017 friends may visit with the family from 9:30am until time of funeral service at 11am at Epiphany Episcopal Church 3111 Ritchie Rd. Forestville, MD. Interment Arlington National Cemetery.
