Geoffrey Louis Mako, 58, of Shamokin, unexpectedly expired Saturday, June 24, 2017, at his home.
Geoffrey was a son of Elias Robert and Leona Glen Mako. Geoff had that rare talent of not being forgotten once encountered.
He was a graduate of Westfield High School in 1977.
Geoff's dynamic personality, perseverance and business acumen allowed him to easily lead as head of sales for Applied Wood Products, were he prospered.
Geoff will be sorely missed by those who had the good fortune of meeting him.
Geoff is survived by his mother, Leona Glen Mako; brothers, Elias "Chip", Emery and Chris; and his son, Geoffrey.
MAKO — Geoffrey Louis Mako, 58, of Shamokin. In his honor, a service will be held from to 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Veteran's of Foreign Wars, 261 E. Shamokin St., Trevorton. A remembrance ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday. All are welcome. Flowers may be sent to 301 E. Shamokin St., Trevorton.
