Margaret Louise Ingram, of New River, went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Lottie Smith and she was born on February 12, 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Ingram; a son, Joe Ingram; and three brothers, Jerimiah, Joseph, and Edward. She leaves to cherish in loving memory, her daughter, Michelle D. Ingram; a son, David (Slice) Ingram, of New River; Fred and Yvonne Ingram of Roanoke; two sisters, Dotchie Hubbard, of Radford, and Mary Rollins, of New River; her brothers, John and David Smith, of Radford, and Bobby Smith, of Ohio; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. The family would like to especially thank Debbie and Sue Ellen, her hospice nurses; Corelise Sherman, her sidekick; and her other caregivers, Mekila Freeman, Dotchie Hubbard, and Freda Smith. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2017, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home, in Radford. A memorial service will be held directly following, beginning at 7 p.m .with the Reverend Jerry Wyms officiating. DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford is in charge of arrangements.
