Professional Hockey Player. A native of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, he played for teams in the MSHL, USHL, NHL, MMHL, and the AHL Hockey Leagues. Trainor played for the Moncton Hawks from 1946 to 1947, St. Paul Saints from 1947 to 1950, New York Rangers from 1949 to 1950, New Haven Ramblers from 1949 to 1950, and the Charlottetown Islanders from 1950 to 1952, and 1953 to 1954.
