Funeral services for Henry Cummins, 86, will be held at Hooper & Huddleston Wednesday at 4 p.m. with Bro Lorne Crossman officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna cemetery.
Mr. Cummins was dead on arrival at Cookeville General Hospital on Saturday, May 10, 1986.
A native of Jackson County, he was the son of the late Jubal H and Ginevra Thurman Cummins.
Mr. Cummins was a retired farmer.
His family includes two sons, David of Manila and James of San Diego, Ca; a sister, Mrs. Guille Cummins Prehn of Cookeville.
