Beulah Pearl Lund left the loving arms of her family on July 1, 2016 at 2:51pm, at the age of 96 to enter the loving arms of Jesus Christ.
She was born October 3, 1919 in Peru, In, the daughter of Charles Ethyl Ramer and Sarah Mae (Springer) Ramer. She met and married the love of her life, Kirk Frederick Lund on September 12, 1948. He proceeded her in death on May 27, 1992.
Beulah was a loving wife, Mother, grandmother and Aunt. She grew up during the depression and loved to tell her family stories of her childhood and how her family survived this time of hardship. She was raised in Miami County and lived there until she married. She graduated from Peru High School in 1938. She traveled extensively throughout the United States and to Germany while raising 4 children with her husband, who served in the US Army. She was a member of the Huey 369 and was one of the oldest members to fly on the Huey along with several former Viet Nam vets. She was also the oldest member of the Circus City Jewels Red Hats.
She always put her family first, teaching her children right from wrong, how to love and give of themselves. She loved her animals and enjoyed watching the wildlife that came to the patio doors and looked in.
