Survived by two daughters, Bonita G. Cavender of Wallace, N.C., and Julia G. Lund of Roswell, Ga.; a stepdaughter, Doris G. Bradley of Salisbury, Md.; a stepson, Robert E. Gootee of Portsmouth, N.H.; a half-sister, Linda M. Ketterman of Ocean Pines, Md.; a brother, Orville Hearn of Salisbury, Md.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
