Patrick Edward Mahoney, 75, died Wednesday at Charity Hospital, Cleveland, OH following a long illness. A resident of Meadville for many years, he was a retired Erie Railroad engineer. He was a member of St. Brigid's R. C. Church and the Knights of Columbus. Surviving are a daughter, Miss Catherine of Cleveland and two sisters, Mrs. Clara Fasig and Mrs. Margaret Terry, both of Meadville. Friends may call at the James McGorry funeral home, 14`33 Detroit Ave., Cleveland. Services will be held at St. John's Cathedral, Cleveland, at 9:30 a.m. (EST), Friday morning. Interment rites will follow in the St. Brigid's R. C. Cemetery at Meadville at 1 p.m. Friday.
