Mr. Dana Beckmann, age 75, of Winder, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 22, 2022. Mr. Beckman graduated high school at Nile C. Kinnick High School in Yokohama, Japan, class of 1963, There he made many friendships that lasted the rest of his life. He served in the United State Navy. He then retired as Vice-President of Chapman and Associates, Ft. Myer, Florida, as a Real Estate Appraiser. Dana was a devoted member of the Atlanta Poker Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Albert Beckmann and B.J. Thompson; brother David Beckmann; and niece Denyce Wilson. Mr. Beckmann was survived by his sister, Nancy (Danny) Wilson of Jefferson; sister-in-law Patricia Beckman if Winder; nephews Daniel W. Wilson, Jr. and Spencer Beckmann; niece Christina (Gregory) Guldensupp; great-nephews Clinton Beckmann and Caleb Dowell; great-nieces Victoria Holland, Lisa Martin, Nicki Williams, Kimberly Beckmann, and Cheyenne Beckmann; and a faithful furry companion Bruie the Wonder Dog.
