Husband of Margaret John. Burial in this cemetery where his parents and son, William, are buried, is conjectured. There are no known records of the deaths or burial places of Abel or Margaret, however censuses suggest that he died between 1830 and 1840 in Adams County, Pennsylvania. In 1830 they appear to have been living in Huntington township, Adams County, and in 1850 his wife Margaret (aged 57), apparently widowed, and children Edward and Margaret, were living in Straban township, Adams County.

From U.S., Quaker Meeting Records, 1681-1935:
(Menallen Monthly Meeting, Adams Co., Pennsylvania)
Child of Abel Walker (4/3/1817) and Ann Walker (3/4/1824) his wife -
