Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 11:00 am at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel with Reverends Philip E. Chandler, Jerry Devinney and Gerald Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Lando Cemetery. Visitation will be held, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 6-7:30 pm at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
Mrs. Neely was a native of Chester County and the daughter of the late James Wylie and Mary Pearl McCaston Kee. She was an active member of Antioch United Methodist Church and retired from Hoechst Celanese with 32 years of service. After her retirement, she was employed with Greene Funeral Home where she was the first female funeral assistant.
Mrs. Neely is survived by her husband, David Neely; her daughters, Marie Hallman (Tony Ashworth) and Tracey Neely Grubb (Mike) all of Rock Hill; two brothers, James “Bubba” Kee of Edgemoor, SC; Tommy Kee (Alma Jean) of Fort Lawn, SC; two sisters, Annie Pearl Fowler (Claude) of York, SC; Carolyn Queen of Chester, SC; her grandchildren, Chris and Krista Hinnant, Zachary and Brandi Hipp, Kristen Grubb, Michael Grubb, Michelle and Chris Hunt and Marissa and Greer Eubanks; great-grandchildren, Lewis Hinnant, Bobby Eubanks, Sydney Hunt, Gracyn Hunt and Emily Hunt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Bellue; her son, Robert M. Bellue, Jr.; her brother, William “Doug” Kee, and her sister, Mary “Yankee” Gee, her brother-in-law, TJ Queen, and sister-in-law, Mary Etta Kee.
