Wayne married Lisa Phuong Nguyen on August 16, 1998 in Ogden, Utah.
Wayne was a loving husband, beloved son, brother and uncle. Wayne was a care taker in his family. He loved his nieces and nephews, like they were his own children. He was a genuine friend. If you were a friend of Wayne's you were a friend for life. Wayne loved to travel to see history and loved history and family outings and gardening. He was a dedicated employee for Utah and Idaho Sugar Company and ATK. Wayne loved his work and fellow workers.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa, sisters, Julie, Gloria, Jeanette, and Brenda, his brothers, Lynn and Jim, his brother's in law and sister's in law and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Porter Willard Isaacs and Ramona Venla Ziemer and a brother Allen Brent Isaacs.
Interment Clinton City Cemetery, 750 West 800 North, Clinton.
